Is our unique technique where you join copper material through high pressure and high current without the addition of any other material. This process works with both tinned and bare materials which are welded together using our intelligent welding equipment and customer specified tools.

Technical advantages against bolting, soldering or crimping of cable lugs:

• Lower weight of product. Excludes screw joints, solder and cable lugs.
• Less environmental impact due to lower weight and joining without solder that may contain lead.
• Lower contact resistance than other traditional solutions.

It is a technique often used for large series, but our machines provide unique flexibility and can handle smaller volumes, which gives us and our customers a great advantage.
